Steps to Sell Quickly and for Top Dollar

1. Prepare your home for the market- Ensure your home is clean and free of odors. Paint walls that may not be a desirable color for the majority of people. Cleaning out the clutter in closets and overall just try to put your houses best foot forwards. 

2. Meet with me to talk about how much your home is worth- This ensures we both have the same price in mind based on location and condition. An overpriced house will never sell. 

3. Put your house on the Market- also known as listing your house for sale. 

4. Showings- Showings allow your home to find the perfect buyer 

5. Receive a contract to purchase and negotiate the purchase price, closing costs and more. 

6. Home Inspection for buyers information and negotiating repairs. 

7. Appraisal to ensure that the home meets buyers loan requirements. 

8. Closing- You sign documents that no longer make you liable for the home
